Process time- Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Order places after 3pm on Fridays are processed the following Monday, excluding holidays.
All the orders will be shipped out 1-3 days

UPS Ground Shipping $8.5

UPS 3 Days Express $18

International shipping $15*

International Expedited $20*

*Receiver is responsible for International Duties and Taxes.

We don't ship to P.O. boxes (either international or domestic).

Please provide a safe and responsible shipping address.

Production Time: Typically, orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, kindly reach out to us beforehand to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Order Changes & Cancellations: If you require modifications or wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may be unable to cancel it if production has commenced.

Lost Packages: In the event an order is marked as delivered but not received by the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS for package location assistance.

Once a package departs our studio, we relinquish control, and Quill Fine Jewelry cannot be held liable for packages that go missing during transit.
