Jewelry Tips

What is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of 14k gold vermeil, gold filled or 14k solid gold. All of them are high quality and you will not have to worry about tarnishing. You can learn about the different types of gold jewelry and how to take care of each of them on our jewelry care page.

Can I shower with my jewelry?

For some of styles — Yes. Gold filled and Solid Gold jewelry can be worn in the shower and you can sleep with it. However, we always recommend to remove the jewelry before shower, this small habit will increase your jewelry’s longevity and luster.
We recommend Gold vermeil jewelry should not be exposed to water, or it will gradually wear off the luster.

How do I pick my ring size?

Check out our Printable Ring Sizer, with a useful ring sizer and ring chart. This should help you choose your ring size, and always feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or need some extra help from our end.

Orders

What is your processing time?

We usually process and ship out the orders around 1-3 days. During holidays, the processing time will increase due to the increased volume of orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will do our best to change your order if you contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. We can’t guarantee that it can be changed if you contact us after 24 hours as the order might be shipped out. We try to work on our orders as soon as we can!

To cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour that it is placed. After that, the order might be in production and we are unable to cancel it.

Can I change my shipping address?

We can change the address if you contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed. We can not guarantee if you contact us after that, as your order might be shipped out. We are also not responsible if you put the wrong address. We try to work on our orders as soon as we can!

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer US free shipping on all orders.

Do you Ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We charge $15 shipping fee for international shipping.

Will I have to pay a custom/ duty fee?

Yes. You might, depend where you live. Please note that we have no control over how your country charges duty. We are not responsible for paying any customs taxes on international orders.

What if my package is lost/stolen?

If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package. Stolen packages are unfortunate, but we are not responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our studio, as we have no control over it.

If I'm not happy with my item, Can I return it?

Yes! We accept return within 14 days of the receiving date. Items must be unworn with original packaging.

For US return- Send your jewelry back within 30 days of the receiving date. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.

For international return- Send your jewelry back within 28 days of the receiving date. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

Returns are processed within 7 days after the package is received. You will receive the confirmation email as soon as it processed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Each jewelry order come with soft pouch. If you want your jewelry come with our signature gift box with ribbon on it, just simply chose gift during check out. You can also add some personal message on with it.
