5 ways to celebrate Mother’s Day (IRL and virtually)
After more than two years of social distancing and limited traveling, many of us are reconnecting IRL with our families in 2022. That means that some of us will have the chance to celebrate Mother's Day in person after a looong wait. We love to celebrate special dates, so we asked our team to share a few tips on fun activities to do with your mom on May 8, whether you can meet her IRL or virtually.
1- Have a picnic (IRL)
2 - Family Trivia (IRL or virtually)
If you like to celebrate Mother's Day with the whole family, why not plan a fun game day (or night!) with some family trivia? Have a great time quizzing each other and see who gets most answers correct.
3 - Watch your favorite childhood movie together (IRL and Virtually)
4 - Day Trip (IRL)
If your mom likes to be surprised, tell her to get ready by a certain time and take her on a day trip somewhere nearby. This requires a bit more planning and Mother's Day is usually a busy day for restaurants and businesses in general, so remember to make reservations and plan your route. If you still want to make plans but can't meet your mom in IRL just yet, you can take the day to make travel plans for the future with her.
5 - Take a flower arranging class together (IRL or virtually)
And if you want to add some sparkle to your special day, our Mother's Day Sale is live until May 8: enjoy 20% off sitewide using the discount code “MAMA20”. Pro tip: to get your Mother’s Day gift on time, we suggest you to place your order by May 4.
